[AMQ7] Artemis acceptor is missing prefix properties

    Description

      The Artemis acceptor connection string defined in broker.xml is missing prefix properties (anycastPrefix=jms.queue.;multicastPrefix=jms.topic.).
      This breaks EAP integration tests.
