[EAP-CD] Change artifact / installer from external repo to be local to jboss-eap-7-image

In order to facilitate easier development with local WF / EAP builds, we've determined that it is a lot more convenient to keep the artifact and installer module local to the standalone image.

This change should bring back the installer module locally, and deprecate the one in jboss-eap-modules.
