Images and templates for EAP on OpenShift 7.2 Beta

Standalone and openshift image plus application templates that incorporate the EAP 7.2.0.Beta bits.

Expectation is these would be derived from the EAP CD branch, following CD 13, as the server bits will closely follow those in CD 13. But we will want to analyze and adjust for changes in CD vs EAP on OS 7.1 that are not valid for EAP on OS, i.e. things that are too big of a change for people migrating from EAP on 7.1.
