[EAP] fix cct_module and jboss-eap-modules for final CD12

    Description

      Since EAP CD 12 will be rolling on to 13, we have created tags, but the image.yaml doesn't actually point to the last working instance of CD 12 for the external, modules, and currently won't run with master from both.
