[AMQ7] OpenShift Jolokia console doesn't work on the AMQ 71 broker image

      1. deploy the A-MQ 7.1 broker template into openshift
      2. Open the Pod view in the OpenShift console
      3. Click the "Open Java Console" link on the pod details page.
      4. notice the error Error: 'tls: oversized record received with length 20527'

      Jolokia inside the AMQ 7.1 broker image apparently isn't configured for the OpenShift hawtio console.

      the 8161 port is apparently not https at all.
