[EAP CD][Templates] Required secret is in different repository and doc link updates

    • CLOUD Maintenance Sprint 20

    Description

      So now we have the templates for EAP CD in https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-eap-7-openshift-image/tree/eap-cd. Some templates require creating secret, which is available in differrent repository here.

      I think we should either copy the secret to this EAP CD repository or at least describe in the doc (README) the url to the secret.

      Second point is update of links in README. They should be updated with upcoming 13 version.
