Remove support for Red Hat provided JDBC drivers from EAP CD

Move users to using the extension mechanism.

Consider ways to make this easier, e.g. an env var to point to a maven GAV so the driver can be pulled from maven the same way other application artifacts are.

I'm sure this will involve some discussion as we proceed.
