The currently provided RH-SSO application templates don't work on Red Hat OpenShift Online Starter OOTB:

• HOSTNAME_HTTP or
• HOSTNAME_HTTPS

template variables are set. Attempt to deploy RH-SSO server in such case ends up with the following error message:

Unable to set custom HTTP / HTTPs route hostname

Fix for CLOUD-2398 issue introduced three new templates, that are not prone to this issue. Therefore, we need to rename the existing RH-SSO templates utilizing passthrough TLS termination mode for the routes to indicate, these:

• are not intended to be used on Red Hat OpenShift Online deployments,
• but rather intended to be used for deployments using custom certificates and host names.
