Similar to CLOUD-2235 for the KIE images and CLOUD-2329 for JWS and CLOUD-2334 for JDG and CLOUD-2335 for AMQ, I propose splitting out redhat-openjdk-specific modules from cct_module and putting them in a modules/ folder next to the redhat-openjdk image source.

(this differs from the other issues: I do not propose creating a new git repo for these modules)

The two modules concerned are os-java-misc and os-java-s2i
