During verification of EAP 7.1.1 CP upgrade. I've noticed that there's mismatched version of activemq-rar between eap70 and eap71. Version of activemq-rar is older in the eap71.

This also affects already released images of "eap71-openshift:1.1" stream.

The activemq-rar versions should be aligned and probably updated to lates "5.11.0.redhat-630329".
