Create Tech Preview images for the online-first variant of EAP 7.2 based on the WildFly 12 code base.

Our goal is that these images will end up available on OSO Pro and OCP, and if the EAP 7.1 images are available on OSO Starter, there as well.

We plan:

1) Standalone image jboss-eap-7/eap72-online:12.0 which will be incorporate on the EAP Online 12 bits produced by the EAP team.

2) OpenShift image jboss-eap-7-tech-preview/eap72-online-openshift:12.0 that layers on the standalone image.

3) New source repository https://github.com/jboss-container-images/jboss-eap-modules. New product-version-specific modules will be developed here instead of in cct_modules. Other modules that we need to modify should be developed in this repo as well. (This last point can be discussed.)

4) New application-templates corresponding to the eap/eap71-xxx ones will be created, but not in jboss-openshift/application-templates but rather in an application-templates dir in the jboss-container-images/jboss-eap7-openshift-image repo. (Note: any templates that cannot be developed in time for this JIRA will be deferred to a later sprint and separately tracked.)

5) Appropriate changes to https://github.com/jboss-openshift/application-templates/eap/eap-online-image-streams.json to reflect the new templates.

The branches under which this work will be maintained will be called eap-online and eap-online-dev.
