Produce Intelligent Process Server and Realtime Decision Server Images with EAP 7

Description

    The BPMS and BRMS images are currently available with EAP 6:
    JBoss BPMS Intelligent Process Server 6.4
    registry.access.redhat.com/jboss-processserver-6/processserver64-openshift
    and
    JBoss BRMS Realtime Decision Server 6.4 for OpenShift
    https://access.redhat.com/containers/#/registry.access.redhat.com/jboss-decisionserver-6/decisionserver64-openshift

    We need these images created with EAP 7 as requested by key customers.
