[JDG] Broken backward compatibility after moving to SPLIT_DATA env var

    Description

      CLOUD-2210 introduces common env for splitting data folder between server instances: SPLIT_DATA. This env replaces DATAGRID_SPLIT env functionality and should be backward compatible. Even though backward-compatibility.sh script sets SPLIT_DATA to DATAGRID_SPLIT, it happens after the SPLIT_DATA is tested for its value and thus it results in invalid behaviour.
