[SSO] Templates contain prestop lifecycle hook for graceful shutdown

      Cause: Forgot to remove preStop lifecylce hooks from sso71 templates in cloud-1965.
      Consequence: This adds adds an unnecessary 2 second delay to sso71 pod termination.
      Result: SSO71 templates now do not use the preStop lifecycle hook on pod termination, saving the pods from this 2 second delay

    Description

      CLOUD-1965 implemented graceful shutdown into the SSO images. While the issue removed this lifecycle hooks from sso70 templates they stayed in sso71. This lifecycle hooks should be removed.
