[COMMON] Pretty format generated *.-openshift.xml files

Lot of scripts that generate config in openshift.xml files generate one liners, that are hard to read (eg. if user want to verify generated configuration). It would be nice if the resulting .xml file was pretty formatted. To achieve this xmllint --format could be used.
