[JDV] Build does not fail when Maven build fails

Cause: JDV assemble script was not checking the status of the parent EAP's assemble script and failing on a failed result Consequence: Failed maven builds for JDV artifacts will result in a running pod Fix: JDV assemble script now checks the status of the parent EAP's assemble script and fails on a failed result Result: A failed maven build for JDV artifacts results in a failed builder pod and an appropriate log message
