Scripts contain local max_mem_unbounded="562949953421312"

This value is install dependent which can result in silly min/max heap values (e.g. -Xms43980465m -Xmx43980465m). This causes an immediate failure in mvn.

Past implementations used logic: if max_heap > SILLY_VALUE then max_heap=REASONABLE_DEFAULT
