Remove JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environment variable

    Description

      Currently we set the JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environment variable in the base image to value: -Duser.home=/home/jboss -Duser.name=jboss. We need to investigate if we can remove it. The issues is that it bloats logs with messages like described here: CLOUD-702

      These are default options used for any java applications: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/envvars-138887.html#gbmsy

      This was added as a workaround for: CLOUD-365.
