It seems there is e wrong condition in config script

if [ -n "$(find_env "${prefix}_CACHE_EXPIRATION_LIFESPAN")$(find_env ${prefix}_CACHE_EXPIRATION_MAX_IDLE")" ]; then

should also contain test of CACHE_EXPIRATION_INTERVAL otherwise the XML section is not generated
