Allow to configure "memoryLimit" in A-MQ Application templates

    Description

      In jboss-amq-6/amq62 activemq.xml contains a hard-coded memoryLimit of 1mb set for all queues. Once the limit is hit, ActiveMQ stops allowing publishers to write to the queue.

      To work around this, a custom ActiveMQ image must be created using S2I.

      It would be beneficial if the limit can be configured via an environment variable.
