Warnings produced by the launch scripts don't all use the same pattern:

Warning - myra_MODULE_SLOT is missing from resource adapter configuration, defaulting to main
Warning - myra_MODULE_ID is missing from resource adapter configuration. Resource adapter will not be configured
WARNING: Environment variable OPENSHIFT_KUBE_PING_NAMESPACE undefined. Clustering will be unavailable. Please refer to the documentation for configuration.
WARNING: No password defined for JGroups cluster. AUTH protocol will be disabled. Please define JGROUPS_CLUSTER_PASSWORD.
