CLOUD-865 brought s support for http proxy setting in runtime. Unfortunately when http_proxy is set then all HTTP traffic is routed through the proxy including the intra-cluster communication.

The script should automatically provide http.nonProxyHosts setting that would exclude proxy routing for intra-cluster communication.
