Cause: Home directory of openjdk18-openshift image does not grant any permissions for group and other users
Consequence: OpenShift users cannot access any files within home directory of openjdk18-openshift image
Fix: Granted read and execute privileges to group and other users for the home directory in the os-java-run/install_as_root script
Result: Group and other users can now access home directory

The home directory has the following permissions

drwx------. 2 jboss root 4096 Feb 15 11:56 .

When running on OpenShift the user has no access to this directory since the group permissions are missing.
