[EAP70] Option to enable script debugging

      With JDV it testing we found that having script debugging enabled is very helpful and can be very helpful for a customer when doing troubleshooting.
      We thus propose to provide a new env variable (or reuse DEBUG env var) that if set to true will ensure that the bash scripts are executed with -x setting
