Show a warning when running m2d and d2m using different versions of oc-mirror

      Running mirrorToDisk and diskToMirror using different versions of oc-mirror could cause unexpected behaviors over time (e.g. if we change the way we compute the digest of rebuilt catalogs). It would be nice to show a warning message when a different version of oc-mirror is used in the different stages of the m2d+d2m workflow.
