Currently the integration test suite lives in its own repo, and it's mainly based on bash scripts, only covering basic happy paths. The goal of this story is:

• To improve this test suite so it is more maintainable.
• Migrate existing test cases from Bash to Go.
• Migrate existing tests to oc-mirror repo (e.g. tests/integration), to improve team collaboration in the quality department.
• Prepare/update CI for these tests

Next step after this task will be to migrate some e2e tests into this integration suite.
