The bulk of the delete functionality was completed in CLID-20.

This task really is more of a spike/investigation into the garbage-collector of distribution/distribution (ed docker registry)

Acceptance Criteria

• Document the findings of why the garbage-collector behaves (deleting all untagged images)
• Recommendation from docker team (original developers)
