The "Wiki syntax export" link now shows up only for admins. That seems excessive, it just present the existing results in a different format in a new tab, so it's a read-only operation with no sensitive output. It should be publicly available, so if somebody wants to consume the wiki format, they can.

Let's make it visible for everybody.

At the same time, if we make it visible for everyone, let's change the UI a bit so that it doesn't confuse regular people just visiting the page and wanting to submit new results. It shouldn't be a big fat hyperlink at the very top. I imagine we could move it to the very bottom under the results (and possibly make the text a bit smaller), or maybe make it as an icon next to the title at the top, similar to the edit button. So we could have an edit button showing up just for admins, and then another export icon, showing up for everyone.

But perhaps somebody can come up with a better UI idea.
