The issue:

As an operator of Forgejo,
I want the current version of it to be available in the Fedora package repositories,
so I can install and use it on Fedora.

1. Acceptance Criteria

• [x] That version is built successfully for the Fedora 44 and Rawhide branches
• [x] These builds are submitted as Bodhi updates
