This got abandoned, but is a requirement for other software I maintain in Fedora (namely sugarjar), so I'm taking it over.

This package (rubygem-mixlib-shellout) has a new dependency since it was last packaged, which isn't in Fedora, so I'll be adding that as well (rubygem-chef-utils)
