Several Rawhide tests on KDE are failing because `solidify_wallpaper` isn't working as expected. The shortcut it intends to open Desktop Settings instead seems to be showing Disks & Devices, like [this](https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/684069#step/desktop_login/3).

@rdieter do you know anything about this change? The shortcut we're using is to hold down alt, hit D and then S, and release alt. It was working fine until Fedora-Rawhide-20200921.n.0 (last worked in Fedora-Rawhide-20200918.n.0).
