The issue:

We're regularly seeing TicketAge alerts from Nagios in #noc which makes me want to target that next.

Given that no-one seems to actually react to the current alerts, I'm minded to have two triggers:

• a Warning level that matches the Nagios alert:
• we get UI-only alerts for this
• we also get data on how often this triggers, for the top 100 review in the weekly meeting
• an Average level that hits #noc if the ticket age continues to increase to a higher level
