The issue:
Previously, we did not turn on email verification, as the plan was to use Fedora Messaging + FMN for email notifications, and not enable outgoing emails from Forge at all. However, FMN was found to not be suitable for Forge notifications, so emails from Forge were enabled.
Now, we are able to turn on email verification, we need to do a bit of testing in staging before turning it on in production.
1. Check it works
2. Check that the emails that are added via the migrator are marked as verified. (these will all be the @fedoraproject addresses)
3. Check that the emails we update via the email update script are also marked as verified (it pulls them from fasjson and updates them in a separate process)
