1. 1. Description

This is one of the last "post dc-move" operations to do.
We were relying on a remote temporary ec2 instance (through vpn tunnel) and local nginx cache in rdu3 for mirror access.
Now that physical machine was moved from rdu2 to rdu3, we need to reinstall it, and get content and invert roles (nginx cache in aws vpc and local mirror in rdu3)
