1. 1. What do you need?
      A survey to gather feedback on current swag and ideas for future items. For this we need:

• [ ] A list of questions that will provide useful answers. It will probably take a few iterations and some team discussion to get the questions right.
• [ ] Permission from Mindshare to host it on Fedora's Limesurvey instance. (see https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/mindshare-committee/procedures/limesurvey/).

I have admin access so I can load the questions in once we have the above steps complete.
