Moving the Design team over to Forgejo is happening!

This ticket is for an initial brain dump of things we need to consider before we move over there permanently so we can come up with a plan for ourselves to make it as smooth as we can.

The plan might look like:

• Move over or create issue templates
• Move over open tickets that haven't been worked on yet
• Complete and close out open tickets in progress
• Update our docs with new links

Feel free to add anything that comes to mind so we leave no stone left unturned Hopefully we can start making progress on this in the new year.
