This is an epic to cover the ongoing work of monitoring and responding to openQA test failures. This involves updating the tests if the change was intentional, or root causing the failure and reporting it to the maintainer (or just fixing it) if not. Also restarting transient failures. This is ongoing for as long as we have openQA, pretty much.
