The CentOS ISA SIG would like to start building RPMs from c10s dist-git in CBS Koji for the RISC-V architecture (`riscv64`, variant `rv64imac-lp64`). This needs racking of the builder hardware (we are interested in native builds only), and the builders need to be integrated into the environment.
