As of now, every commit to fedora/forgejo branches staging and production trigger a new image build for both staging and production.

• [ ] Separate image build trigger to start a staging build when pushed to staging branch and production build when pushed to production branch
• [ ] Create `staging` and `production` branch and oci-image-definitions repo to be mirrored to github
• [ ] Modify the tekton pipelines to build from staging/production branches
• [ ] Bump VERSION file to higher version
