Update Fedora Project Email Aliases from Fedora Accounts

*As a Fedora Forge administrator,*
I want a script that updates @fedoraproject.org email aliases for users who haven't logged in yet,
so that email notifications are sent to users' actual email addresses instead of placeholder aliases.

During the migration from Pagure to Forgejo, users who hadn't logged in before their repositories were migrated had their accounts created with @fedoraproject.org email aliases as placeholders. These users need their email addresses updated to their actual email addresses from Fedora Accounts (FAS) to ensure they receive notifications properly.
