https://release-monitoring.org/project/4779/ has 2.x versions for SDL2 (which shares the same repo as SDL3)

There are 2.x versions for sdl2-ttf as well: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL_ttf/releases

I think the same logic needs to be used for sdl2-ttf version checking as is used for the SDL2 package such that the 3.x versions do not show up.
