As we'll have to bootstrap new infra/machines in new RDU3 DC, we'll have to pxe deploy some machines, pointing to a local mirror.
But as there is nothing yet (waiting for netapp and storage) there, and that the future machine to be used a local mirror is still in RDU2, the idea is to :

• setup a temporary mirror in AWS
• connect small nginx/wireguard tunnel between RDU3 <=> AWS
• point local deployment to nginx cache (using aws mirror as origin, through wireguard tunnel)
• decommission that tmp machine once real mirror will be migrated to RDU3 (part of the last steps in DC move)
