Some of our automation scripts (including Ansible `delegate_to` calls) are relying on zabbix-cli (https://github.com/unioslo/zabbix-cli) tool to automate some tasks at Zabbix API levels.

We recently upgraded our Staging Zabbix host to 7.0.x LTS version (itself working fine) but it seems the zabbix-cli version we have in our own infra tag isn't recent enough (https://cbs.centos.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=4477)

We should investigate what's needed as there was a major rewrite for zabbix-cli 3.x and so to be tested and rebuilt in infra tags once validated
