Due to various needs for Fedora / CentOS in new RDU3 DC, it was decided to just reinstall the IBM Power 10 (shared for the two projects) in LPARs mode.
For that we need to attach both P10 to HMC, setup machines in LPAR mode (instead of `Linux KVM`)
Then setup VIOS, configure LPAR (with proper 802.1q and 802.3ad setup for network)
And only then reinstall Linux (Fedora and CentOS Stream) OSes inside new LPARs
