When moving the RH security domain from access.redhat.com/security to security.access.redhat.com we noticed that the changes.csv call was being reset by peer:

5:18PM ERR errors encountered during updater run error="updating errors:\nrhel-vex: error parsing the changes.csv file: read tcp 172.27.0.8:36622->23.46.228.167:443: read: connection reset by peer\n" component=libvuln/updates/Manager.Start

This is causing the update process to fail. We need to buffer the response from changes.csv and process it from there.
