Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.13 with Clair 4.8.0, after push Suse Enterprise Linux Image with some HIGH image vulnerabilities, found Clair 4.8.0 report no image vulnerabilities, but actually there's 6 HIGH/3 Medium image vulnerabilities, pls review this issue.
