There are cases where we need to run the tests in the internal infrastructure (where the test logs are not publicly accessible) and provide the test logs to be visible public.

For example, CKI runs tests in internal beaker and later on copy test logs to a public aws s3 bucket, qe-pipelines should support similar feature.
