Some automotive pipelines use kpet-db and upt. Those pipelines use Testing Farm as the provisioner and Restraint as the runner instead of Testing Farm.

In addition, automotive is updating their JSON files used by upt to create the testing farm invocation. This invocation is not canonical; a JSON part must be sent in the `compose` field.

Some key points

• There is no bot support in QE pipelines, so maybe we should add some support.
• We need to identify UMB messages that trigger pipelines and be able to get into QE pipelines.
• A testing plan (tf) must be added.
• We need to add support for the new JSON structure (kernel qe tools, maybe ..).
• Perhaps, in the future, automotive could remove the CKI image if everything goes through Testing Farm.
