Spike: make MRs pipeline results available in DW

      @bgoncalv cki-mr-viewer tool analyses pipeline failures by fetching data directly from GitLab APIs.

      To future-proof the tool, and to better integrate it with the existing CKI infrastructure and tooling, it may make sense to get all those info directly in dw so that an external tool (or even dw itself) could analyse those data, providing useful insights.
