Variant of ORG-2901.
This request is to allow existing user, who is filling out the User Profile update form (to fill in mandatory field like Company and Country) such as during the EAP download process, to be able to accept the RHD T&Cs by checking an additional box on this form. TC checkbox must be shown only if RHD TC acceptance is necessary (not accepted yet or old acceptance expired).
Aim is to simplify download flow by removing extra screen for the T&C signing.
